Effingham Music Lessons

By The Month

     I sell my time by the month only. Not by the weekly lesson.

$80   per month for 4 one hour lessons at the same scheduled time each week.

$100 per month for a 5 week month.

     Payment is due in full at the first lesson of every month.There are no make up lessons with or without prior notice for any reason. I have reserved the studio time for your lesson, and I make myself available at that time.

      If  a student shows up for their second scheduled lesson of the month,having missed their first scheduled lesson of the month,the amount for the entire month, be it four or five weeks is still due.

      If a student should drop lessons any time during the month, they will forfeit the balance on that month's lessons.

     At the initial sign up for lessons, the student will only be charged for the number of lessons left in that calender month, at $20 per lesson.

     There are no long term contracts to sign, your only obligations are on a month to month basis. Quit any time you'd like, but advanced notice would be greatly appreciated.

      If for some reason I am unable to give a lesson, the student will be given as much advance notice as possible, and the money for that prepaid lesson will either be put against the next month's bill,or promptly refunded, per the student's (or their parent's) choice. 

      I only give one hour lessons. Half hour lessons are NOT conducive to learning and are no bargain at $12 to $15 per half hour ($24 to $30 per hour), which is the current going rate in the Effingham area. If you want to get your money's worth, be at all of your scheduled lessons, on time, and do your homework. 

      I'm sorry if  any of the above seems harsh, but over the years I've learned the hard way that this is the only way that works out best for everybody.

      I am proud to say that music is the only thing I do to earn my living. Therefore I MUST remain price and quality competitive. Shop around and you'll see I'm right.
